Health or Medical Problems

Grooming may expose hidden medical issues or aggravate existing ones. Owners are responsible for veterinary costs related to issues discovered during or after grooming.

Accidents

Although rare, grooming accidents such as minor cuts or nail quickening can occur, especially if pets move suddenly. Owners will be contacted immediately if this happens.

Vet Authorization

By signing our form, you authorize Pup Cutz to seek emergency veterinary care if needed. All veterinary expenses are the owner's responsibility.

Aggressive Animals

Pup Cutz reserves the right to refuse or stop service if a pet becomes overly stressed or dangerous. Charges apply for completed services.

Grooming Interruptions

Please do not interrupt grooming. Early arrivals may result in services ending early, and full charges will apply.

Matted Pups

Severely matted coats may require shaving for humane removal. Additional fees apply depending on severity.

Cancellations

48-hour notice required. Late cancellations may be charged 50% of the service amount.

No Shows

No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

Late Arrival

More than 15 minutes late may result in fees or cancellation. $15 fee (+$5 per additional dog).

Late Pick-Up

Pets not picked up within 30 minutes may incur additional fees.

Payment

Payment is due at pickup. We accept cash, check, Venmo, and credit/debit cards.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Adjustments must be requested within 24 hours. After that, visits are treated as new appointments.

Picture Release

Photos may be taken for social media and remain property of Pup Cutz.

Private Property

The grooming address is private. Please do not share it once provided.
